"Within the government organizations that do the dirty work, so the rest of us can naively enjoy democracy and freedom, do the sociopaths control the psychopaths or vice-versa?
--"Don't forget the technocrats."
"I mean who's on top?"
--"Obviously there's some sort of alliance, a mix of management styles, but I think psychics are controlling them all."
"Pre-cognition beats soulessness?"
--"Souless pre-cognition does."
--"Especially those psychics who've inherited their gifts, who come from psychic families, those ritually abused as children."
"How DO people become psychic"?
--"Nowadays there's drugs and dozens of techniques... there's college level courses...that can turn even adults into seers and empapaths, but the Families still control who has access and who doesn't."
