13-Year Old Boys Face Trial for Sexual Harassment
Two 13-year old Oregon boys face criminal sexual harassment charges for allegedly spanking girls and touching their breasts. A teacher's aid spotted Ryan Cornelison and Cory Mashburn running down a hallway and slapping the bottoms of several girls..
Christina McMahan, the director of the county's juvenile justice program (said) "Our value is by handling these as a formal court proceeding it sends the message to the youth and the public and to the victim that we as a justice system takes this very seriously -- and they need to, too."

Diederik laments: "I always get lost in this insanely exacting terminology: demeanor, harrassment, felony. All I see is nature at work. Bums are to be slapped at that age. I remember at high school a girl once came [no pun] up me giving me a hard time [no pun] saying she was infuriated at me whistling at her earlier that day in the mall. Now at that time I couldnt even whistle, I was slow in doing that trick. But so what? Infuriated about whistling?? Get a life already. This is draining society's resources." D.
